GPScity & Clevertraining lists Garmin Fenix 6, Venu and Vivoactive 4 early. Another site has listed a September 6th launch date

[27/08//19] Clever Training listed the Garmin Fenix 6 but pulled the page, however, Google cache still has a copy. The page listed the full specification.

Several online retailers have now been overly eager with listing the Garmin Fenix 6 series early. It all started back 2 weeks ago when Amazon briefly listed a page.

This well-known company, often promoted by DC Rainmaker, has listed just the normal Garmin fēnix 6 priced at $599.99. The page has been taken down, but Google Cache still has the listing

Garminuruguay

Then garminuruguay.com.uy based in Uruguay listed the Fenix 6 Pro for $804.00 and will be available on 6th of September 2019. While I have never heard of this site, so not the most reliable, the date makes a bit more sense than previous leaks, as this will be the first day of IFA, and most companies announce their products the day before.

GPS City

GPScity has just listed multiple models, the products show up in the category page, but the product details pages produce a 404 error. GPScity is a well-established company, though they have some shocking reviews. It could be an underhanded way to gain rankings in Google, or someone just published a little too soon.

While there is not any information for each model, they are all listed with prices, confirming much of what we already new.

The top of the range Fenix 6X Pro Solar Titanium will set you back $1,149.99.

The listings confirm the Pro and none Pro models, with $100 price difference. The Garmin fenix 6 is $599 while the Pro is $699, this also matches the price of the S models, which would be unusual.

Perhaps more interesting than the Fenix news, which we mostly knew, is the pricing of the other models.

The new Venu range will cost $399 making it $50 more than the Vivoactive 4 and 4S. This could confirm my suspicions that it is just a premium version of the Vivoactive, possibly with the much-rumoured AMOLED screen.
