HONOR Magic6 Lite vs Magic5 Lite
Exceptional Display with Enhanced Durability
The HONOR Magic6 Lite sports a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2652 x 1200 pixels and 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The panel covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and can reach a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
HONOR claims the Magic6 Lite’s display offers industry-leading drop resistance through its Anti-Drop technology, which increases shock absorption. Certified with Five Star Overall Drop Resistance by SGS, the screen is durable enough to withstand drops from 1.5 meters onto hard surfaces.
The display is also TÜV Rheinland-certified for low blue light and incorporates PWM dimming at 1920Hz for comfortable viewing.
Powerful Triple Camera System
Photography is a key highlight of the HONOR Magic6 Lite, headlined by a massive 108MP main camera with a 1/1.67-inch sensor, f/1.75 aperture lens and 3x optical zoom. This should allow for detailed 12MP shots in day and night scenes.
The main camera is assisted by a 5MP ultra-wide module providing a 110° field of view, and a 2MP macro camera with 4cm close-up shooting ability.
Flagship-Level Hardware
Under the hood, the HONOR Magic6 Lite packs the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset built on TSMC’s 6nm process. The SoC features four Cortex-A78 cores and promises a 35% boost in graphics power plus 40% higher CPU efficiency over the previous generation.
This is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Magic6 Lite runs MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13.
Class-Leading Battery Life
The HONOR Magic6 Lite houses a large 5300mAh battery, which HONOR claims can deliver up to 2 days of use per charge.
Moreover, HONOR says the battery has passed DXOMARK’s stringent testing to earn the Battery Gold Label. It is also rated to retain up to 80% of its capacity after 1000 charge cycles.
Fast charging is rated at 35W.
