It looks like Creative plans to upgrade most of its audio products with access to the new Creative App and its SmartComms kit.
The latest is the Creative T60 speakers, which are more advanced than the existing T40 and T20 series by using USB-C connectivity rather than a 3.5mm aux in (though they still have that).
This connectivity then allows the speaker to use the SmartComms Kit (Creative app). If you then connect a microphone via 3.5mm, SmartComms can clean up background noise from both your end and incoming noises, it can also automate your mic when not in use.
The USB-C port also allows the speakers to work with gaming consoles like PS4, PS5, and even Nintendo Switch, right from your desktop.
The speakers have an output of 30W RMS with 60W peak power making them a touch less powerful than the 32W RMS of the Gigaworks T40 Series II.
