An eye-catching release by Huawei is Watch GT, the next generation of Huawei Watch 2. This watch gives tough competition to all of its market rivalries despite its traditional look. The dimensions of the watch are 46.5 mm x 46.5 mm x 10.6 mm that makes it look remarkably slim and sleek.
The watch case appears in colour variants of Black Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel made up of metal, plastic, and ceramic. The various colour variants like Graphite Black, Saddle Brown, Glacier Grey, and Fluorescent Green make this gadget more appealing.
It has a 1.39 inch AMOLED colour screen with a resolution of 454 x 454 and PPI 326 to make it vibrant. The internal ROM and RAM available is 128 MB and 16 MB respectively.

Apple Watch Series 3
Apple Watch has persevered with its rectangular body and rounded corners look for all of its generations.
The Apple Watch Series 3 comes in the size variants of 38mm and 42mm which weighs between 26.7-28.7 grams and 32.3-34.3 grams respectively.
The watch is available in two different connectivity options of GPS and GPS+Cellular. The GPS enabled version has built-in Built-in GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. The available ROM in this version is 8 GB. While the GPS+Cellular version boasts ROM availability of up to 16GB and supports LTE, UMTS.
Both the versions use the Digital Crown on the right side of the device for any feature navigation and also has a metallic button that can be used to open recently uses or favourite applications.
The back of the watch has a heart rate sensor which monitors your heart rate and notifies you when they go beyond a certain level.
It possesses 2x brighter OLED Retina display with force touch that enhances the visibility. However, it has one drawback of ‘always-on’ display, unlike other smartwatches. The watch comes with watchOS 4 which focuses more on your fitness goals. The battery is of 279 mAh which is pretty good to go for one whole day.
The price of Apple Series 3 (GPS enabled) is £218.32 while the price of GPS+Cellular enabled version is £296.57.
Samsung Gear S3
The Samsung Gear S3 looks like an ordinary watch but delivers many more functions than the traditional watch.
It includes ‘always-on’ feature and shows the time and date when the watch is not in use. The Samsung Gear S3 sports a Super AMOLED and a touchscreen display of 1.3 inches.
The gear works on Tizen 2.3.1. OS and can be connected to both iOS and Android devices. The available RAM and ROM is 4 GB and 768 MB respectively.
The Gear S3 has a stainless steel round case with a metallic dial which gives it a sturdy look. The watch comes in two variants – the Frontier variant with dimensions of 1.93 x 1.81 x 0.51 inches and a weight of 63 grams, and the Classic variant with almost the same dimensions but a lighter weight of 59 grams.
You can scroll through apps and notifications by just twisting the bezel. You can completely forget your phone go without it for days if you own this watch. The built-in speaker lets you answer calls or reject them.
It has a GPS tracker, gyroscope, accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, and a heart rate sensor to monitor your heart beats.
The watch possesses a 380 mAh battery and offers two days of power with occasional use.
The Samsung Gear S3 costs £312.66.
