Xiaomi is in for a busy couple of weeks. They will be announcing their new Mi 9 flagship on 20th of February and then it will be launching another
product launch on the 24th in Barcelona the day before MWC starts.
There are reports it will showcase the Mi MIX 3 5G version at the event but there are also reports the Mi 9 will also get a global launch. There is also their foldable phone but it is unknown if this is ready for release yet.

Recently a significant number of details about the new Xiaomi Mi 9 have been leaked including live product shots. These new product shots line up with the previous leak of a Xiaomi official teasing the Mi 9 on Chinese social networking website.
The new phone will feature a waterdrop notch and the bottom bezel is now thinner than the previous generation. It is believed that the Mi 9 has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display and is covered with Gorilla Glass 5.
On the rear of the device is a triple camera layout with the sensors located on the left hand side. The main camera is a 48MP sensor and it is paired with a 12MP secondary sensor and a ToF camera.
There is no fingerprint on the rear of the device which means the phone will almost certainly feature an in-display reader.
It is believed the additional button that is on the side of the phone maybe a dedicated AI assistant.
Most of the other specs are as you would expect for a flagship phone this year. The Mi 9 is powered by the Snapdragon 855 and packs a 3,500mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging. It also has NFC and a USB type-C port. At least one of the varietns will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
