The second sensor should be used for capturing images with lossless zoom. The third lens is believed to be a time-of-flight camera (ToF camera) which will be used for depth sensing and augmented reality.
It is listed as coming with a 3,500mAh battery that is compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 at 32W.
The phone should be running Android 9 Pie and MIUI 10 out of the box.
