OK so £25 is probably a bit steep for most peoples secret Santas, but I wanted as many options as possible.

Most of these are not particularly exciting. You may even get a few odd looks giving someone a lightbulb or plug socket for Christmas, but I would probably be more appreciative of that compared to a joke gift.

Echo Dot (3rd Gen) – £24.99

Currently reduced from £50 and this list makes me realise how much tech you get with an Echo Dot at this price. These are surely loss leaders with this discount, helping Amazon gain the biggest share in voice assistants.

Meross Smart Power Strip – £23.99

These use a generic app called Smart Life, and it is actually pretty good, as good as some other big brands. You will definitely get some funny looks from your colleagues when someone unwraps this.

Echo Flex  £19.99

The cheapest Echo device, this one can be modified to include things like lights or motion sensors.

Tile Slim (2020) Item Finder – £19.99

I am a big fan of Tile Bluetooth trackers, and the Slim is designed for wallet use.

Mpow Wireless Headphones – £18.99

I used these for months, they are a good choice for gym use, they have decent bass and you won't be too upset if you lose or break them.

Anker PowerCore 10000mAh Power Bank – £18.99

Its a battery pack. Probably one of the most boring but useful pieces of tech ever.

Kasa Smart Plug by TP-Link – £14.99

Tile Mate (2020) Item Finder – £14.99

The Tile Mate is the most affordable option, this one is perfect for general use such as keys, bags etc.

Anker Astro E1 5200mAh Ultra Compact Portable Charger – £10.99

Betron B25 Wired Earphones – £9.99
