[Update] My review sample arrived with a damaged throttle. The scooter worked ok for a while, just a loose and temperamental throttle. I gave Elka the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was damaged in shipping and they would fix it. Sadly Elka decided not to respond to my emails and never fixed it….
