As part of CES 2021, Acer has launched three new monitors. It is not a terribly exciting launch because they had already announced two of them, but now we know the price and month of release.

All these new monitors will be launched in May, so a few months for you to save up.

Acer Predator XB323QK NV – 144 Hz 4K G-SYNC with DisplayHDR 400

With the recent GPU launches from both Nvidia and AMD, 4K high refresh rate gaming is now much more possible, and by the time this monitor launches you may even be able to buy one of the new GPUs.

The new Predator XB323QK NV is a 31.5-inch NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible UHD (3840 x 2160) gaming monitor with a rapid 144 Hz refresh rate. On top of the buttery smooth visuals that this technology entails, games look pleasantly vivid with the vibrant range of colours offered by the monitor’s DCI-P3 90% Wide Color Gamut. It also includes Acer’s Agile Splendor IPS and a VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 certification.

The Predator XB323QK NV monitor will be available in North America in May starting at USD 1,199.99; in EMEA in May starting at EUR 1,199.00.

Acer hasn’t given UK prices for this one, but that’s £1,084.32 based on today’s rate.

Acer Predator XB273U NX – WQHD, G-SYNC & 275 Hz refresh rate

This one is actually new-new. The 2560×1440 display features Acer’s Agile-Splendor IPS panel and can be overclocked up to a 275 Hz refresh rate

It also supports HDR, and up to 95% of the P3 gamut. Acer claims 0.5 ms response time in gray to gray transitions and coupled with the high refresh rate

This display offers NVIDIA G-SYNC variable refresh rate. It also features the new NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer, which measures the time between a mouse click and the pixel changing, and is a feature aimed at the pro-gamer crowd for gameplay analysis.

The Pro features and G-SYNC chip come with an expected premium price of USD 1,099.99; in EMEA in May starting at EUR 1,179.00 and GBP 999.

Acer Nitro XV282K KV – 4K UHD Monitor

Last up is the Nitro XV282K which Acer seem to be targeting towards the console crowd, though this ticks all the boxes for PC gamers too.

The Nitro XV282K KV has a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS panel, features a 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio to display sharp visuals and covers 90% of the DCI-P3 wide colour gamut to allow for intense colour representations. Also featuring AMD FreeSync™ Premium technology, the 144 Hz refresh rate panel boasts a 1 ms response time for speedy frame rendering. Additionally, the Acer Nitro XV282K KV comes with HDMI 2.1 and a cable for hassle-free support for the latest gaming consoles at 4K UHD 120 Hz with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate). The monitor has also achieved TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe certification and features Acer’s new Agile-Splendor IPS technology to deliver clear images, even at wide viewing angles.

This one is a little more affordable at USD 899.99, EUR 949.00 and GBP £899.
