OnePlus has confirmed its flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 15, will make its global debut on 13th November 2025, marking what the company describes as a two-generation upgrade in power, intelligence, and design. The device promises to establish new benchmarks in mobile performance whilst introducing advanced artificial intelligence capabilities through the latest OxygenOS 16.
Advanced Performance Platform
The OnePlus 15 becomes one of the first smartphones globally to feature Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This cutting-edge chipset delivers significant performance improvements, with the primary cores reaching speeds of up to 4.61 GHz and offering a 20 percent performance boost over the previous generation. The advanced 3-nanometer manufacturing process ensures better power efficiency whilst maintaining exceptional processing capability.
Supporting this powerful processor is up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra+ RAM running at 10,667 Mbps, which should provide consistently smooth operation for demanding applications and multitasking scenarios. The combination of high-speed memory and advanced processor architecture positions the device as a serious contender in the premium smartphone segment.
Early benchmarking results suggest the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 achieves impressive single-core scores approaching 3,800 points in Geekbench, placing it in direct competition with Apple’s A19 Pro processor. Such performance levels would represent a significant leap for Android flagship devices, potentially closing the historical gap between Android and iOS performance.

The Clear Night Engine addresses one of the most challenging aspects of smartphone photography through Dual Analog Gain technology. Design and Build Quality
The OnePlus 15 maintains the brand’s focus on premium materials and construction whilst introducing three distinct colour options. Each variant employs different materials and finishing techniques to achieve specific aesthetic and functional characteristics.
Infinite Black features a premium frosted glass back panel with a deep matte finish designed to resist fingerprint accumulation whilst maintaining visual elegance. The frosted treatment provides improved grip compared to glossy alternatives without compromising the premium appearance.
Sand Storm combines a lightweight fibreglass composite back panel with a micro-arc oxidised metal frame. This ceramic-grade coating achieves 1.3 times the hardness of titanium mid-frames, providing enhanced durability without adding significant weight. The combination of materials aims to balance protection with everyday usability.
Ultra Violet showcases advanced optical coating technology through a dynamic dual-layer finish that shifts from violet to sapphire depending on lighting conditions. This colour-changing capability creates a distinctive visual signature whilst maintaining practical durability.
Partnership with DJI
OnePlus has established a collaboration with DJI to offer the Osmo Mobile 7 gimbal as part of launch promotions. This partnership recognises the OnePlus 15’s content creation capabilities, with the gimbal featuring DJI’s seventh-generation stabilisation technology and ActiveTrack 7.0 functionality.
The Osmo Mobile 7 includes intelligent tracking features designed to work seamlessly with smartphone cameras, providing professional-level stabilisation for video content. Its lightweight and portable design makes it suitable for everyday content creation scenarios, transforming the smartphone from a camera into a comprehensive content creation tool.
Launch Promotions and Availability
From 29th October until 13th November 2025, users can reserve the OnePlus 15 through the official website with a €99 deposit, receiving an additional €50 discount. This reservation system includes access to various promotional bundles worth up to €349, including the DJI Osmo Mobile 7 gimbal, OnePlus Watch 3 variants, OnePlus Pad Lite, and OnePlus Buds Pro 3.
The first 100 purchasers on launch day will receive the DJI gimbal alongside other promotional items, creating additional incentive for early adoption. These promotions reflect OnePlus’s strategy of providing significant value additions to compete effectively in the premium smartphone market.
European Launch Events
To celebrate the global launch, OnePlus will host one-day pop-up events across major European cities. These events provide opportunities for hands-on experience with the device before purchase, along with exclusive offers and experiences.
The pop-up schedule includes London on 17th November at Kachette Annex, Helsinki and Amsterdam both on 13th November, Paris on 21st November at Place des Vosges, Krakow on 22nd November, and Madrid on 26th November.
