Aqara has revealed its latest smart home product lineup at CES 2025 in Las Vegas, showcasing new in-wall controls, sensors, and Matter-compatible devices that enhance home automation capabilities.

Panel Hub S1 Plus
The flagship Panel Hub S1 Plus stands out with its 6.9-inch touchscreen interface, designed to replace traditional light switches whilst offering comprehensive smart home control. This dual-band Wi-Fi enabled panel manages everything from camera feeds to door locks and thermostats. The device serves double duty as both a Zigbee hub and Matter bridge, with the European version launching this month and the North American model following later in 2025.

Touchscreen Dial V1
This compact controller features a 1.32-inch round touchscreen with haptic feedback, allowing precise control of various smart home functions. The dial incorporates both temperature and humidity sensors, along with presence detection capabilities. The European version launches this month, while the US variant is scheduled for release later in the year.

Touchscreen Switch S100 US
Combining physical buttons with a 1.3-inch touchscreen, this hybrid switch offers both traditional and smart control options. The device includes dual-band Wi-Fi and Thread connectivity, supporting Matter over Wi-Fi protocols. Its built-in presence and light sensors automatically adjust screen activation and brightness.

The new Light Switch H2 and Dimmer Switch H2 series expand Aqara’s switching capabilities with Thread and Zigbee connectivity. These switches work with or without neutral wires, making them suitable for various household installations.

The Light Switch H2 comes in multiple configurations:

With a two-year battery life, it includes additional sensors for light, temperature, and humidity monitoring. The device supports both Thread and Zigbee protocols, ensuring Matter compatibility.

Climate Sensor W100
The updated W100 features dual-protocol support and includes a display showing room temperature and humidity. It can also display secondary data such as local weather information or readings from other Aqara sensors. The device includes three programmable buttons for smart home control.

Doorbell Camera Hub G410
Building upon previous models, the G410 doorbell camera delivers 2K video quality with an expansive 176-degree field of view. Notable features include:

  • RTSP support for local network streaming
  • Dual-band Wi-Fi, Thread, and Zigbee connectivity
  • On-device facial recognition
  • Presence detection via mmWave sensor

This compact Matter Controller serves as an entry-level hub with USB-A power connectivity. Despite its small size, it supports Wi-Fi, Thread, and Zigbee protocols, functioning as both a Thread Border Router and Matter bridge for Aqara’s Zigbee devices.

Platform Compatibility

The new product range demonstrates Aqara’s commitment to cross-platform compatibility, with support for major smart home ecosystems including Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings. This broad compatibility ensures users can integrate these devices into their existing smart home setups regardless of their preferred platform.

Availability

Most European variants of the new products will be available this month, while North American versions are scheduled for release throughout 2025. The Light Switch H2 US variants are expected in Q1 2025, with other products following later in the year.
