Xiaomi trademarked a new brand name called Pocophone which is believed to coming to Europe and could be another affordable flagship phone competing with the likes of the Honor 10 and the OnePlus 6.

The new phone is set to be released with the powerful Snapdragon 845 SoC, which already powers some of the top phones from Xiaomi including the Mi Mix 2S  and  Mi 8.

The Pocophone has been listed with the FCC and European ECC as having two config options of  6/64GB and 6/128GB while it is believed the display will be 5.99in 2160x1080px which would give it an aspect ratio of 19:9 and almost certainly include a notch.

From the documents available on each of the above regulators we know there is going to be a dual-camera at the rear, and that the Pocophone will have a 76mmx151mm body.

The best news of all, according to Roland Quandt, is that the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 could come in at  £375 for the 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM model or £410 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM model. Roland also stats that the phone will also be available internationally in Grey and Blue colours.

Not a lot else is known about the phone but it will almost certainly launch with MIUI 9 based on Android 8.1 Oreo
