WebOS maybe dead when it comes down to smartphones and tablets, but LG are hoping to bring it back to life in the form of a TV interface which has been leaked from @evleaks.

LG acquired the Enyo open-source JavaScript development framework from HP as part of the webOS project and the LG Chief have indicated that it was for their new TVs and  hoped it would encourage third parties to create apps and services for its next-gen devices.

It is an interesting departure from the usual boring smartphone style interface currently employed by most smart TVs, and while webOS was a failure we really loved it on the Palm Pre, it was easy to use, quick and smooth. Hopefully the TVs will replicate this.
