We didn’t hear much from HTC at MWC this year, but the U11 is nearly a year old so it makes sense that its successor will likely be announced soon.
Most likely named U12 and codenamed ‘Imagine’ the new phone has had some detailed leaked by LlabTooFeR, a ROM developer.
The tweet covers most of the specification you want to hear about:
Display 5.99 QHD+
RAM up to 6GB
ROM up to 256GB
Dual Main Camera 12mp + 16mp (Sony IMX3xx)
Front Camera 8mp
HTC Face Unlock
Edge Sense 2.0
Android 8.0 + Sense 10
Full treble support and A/B (Seamless) Updates
Single and Dual SIM version

There are some impressive specifications there with the 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, I suspect it will be a similar strategy to Asus Zenfone 5z where there are multiple models and the base model will be 4GB/64GB.
Android 8.0 Oreo with Sense 10 is supposedly on board, which means that we’ll be seeing Treble and A/B updates. Edge Sense 2.0 and HTC Face Unlock are on board as well. And lastly, there will apparently be both single- and dual-SIM versions.
HTC showed off an unnamed tall-screened phone at a 5G event weeks ago which is shown in the feature image. It is believed that this was actually the HTC U12.
The phone should launch in April.
