Today we have a quick review of the PowerCube which is an award winning 4 socket extension cable with 2 additional USB ports that can be mounted anywhere and plugs do not obstruct each other. Alternatively there is the PowerCube Original which has 5 sockets.

Technology wise this is a relatively basic power strip, it offers no power conditioning or surge suppression but it is largely designed for convenience.
One of the neat features of the Powercube is the inclusion of a small dock that sticks to whatever surface you want then locks into one of the outlets. This is useful if you want to mount the PowerCube on a desk and not have to worry about it being knocked off. This is particularly useful for mounting under your desk to keep the plug sockets hidden.
Overall the PowerCube does exactly what all power strips do and it does it well while being attractive at the same time. The USB option is particularly useful for travelling as it is small enough to put into carry luggage and provides enough outlets for you to plug multiple devices in while travelling.
