HipTop3 have uncovered what looks to be a spec sheet for an upcoming Sidekick, the LX 2009. There seems to be a significant number of features to keep people happy including:

- 3G-capable radio
- Large (3.2 inch WVGA) screen with sharp 854×480 resolution

- 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, flash and video recording
- Large QWERTY keyboard
- Expandable memory up to 8GB via MicroSD
It is also rumoured to have Outlook/Exchange support which would make it a great little business phone!

To be released when? – near future?
just about to purchase a sidekick slide (from local tmobile store)
but if this is going to be released then I wanna cancel that straight away.

No word on a release date or price im afraid! I imagine it will be a few months yet
when will the sidekick come to the UK???
I’m proud of sidekick now, its about time they made a phone worthy of the title “smart phone”
all of the other sidekicks id consider more of a toy then a smartphone
Yeah they do always seem to be aimed at the younger generation even though they do seem to have a lot of potential for other markets such as business use etc.

this phone looks amazing. i really want it to be available in uke UK sooner than July 2009, which is when it does come out. this phone will change the way we communicate with each other. with its 3g speed, sending and recieving emails and instant messaging will be quick and easy.
i really really want a sidekick lx ive searched everywere for one but there not on the t-mobile uk website only on the us website. are they released in the uk early july or late?, i really need to no!. is it only t-mobile shops that will sell them or shops that sell various phones like phones 4 u, carphone warehouse ect???. can u buy the phone or do they have to be on contract ??? please answer this message im in desperate need of YOUR help!
