With “unprecedented image quality and energy-efficient, eco-friendly performance”, have launched two LED backlit HDTV ranges.

The Aquos and have LEDs positioned behind the screen to give a much brighter and improves the cleanliness of the colours. Both models come in 32”, 40” and 46” while the also comes in a 52”. Both will have full 1080p X-Gen LCD panels but the goes one further yet again with 100Hz technology for those nice smoother images. Both also have four HDMI ports, plenty for the consoles etc

With the backlit screen these models show a significant improvement over a regular LCD but also with the added bonus they’re greener, no not in colour, they use 40% less power too. Result!! The price – from £750……
